Meet the Minds Behind Equipmii's Product Design Board

At Equipmii, we help businesses and designers create products that work for everyone. Our award-winning Accessibility Engine brings the lived experience of disabled people into every stage of design- embedding accessibility from the very beginning, not as an afterthought.

To drive this mission forward, we’ve established the Equipmii Product Design Board: a panel of leading designers and R&D specialists from global brands, consultancies, and independent practices who share our vision of a world where accessible design is simply great design.

Bridging the Design and Accessibility Worlds

The goal of the Product Design Board is simple but powerful - to bring together the best of the design world and the accessibility world to create a world-class tool that designers can’t live without. By combining professional design expertise with lived experience, Equipmii is helping ensure accessibility is embedded right from the conceptual phase - making products better for everyone. The board will also be the first to pilot the Accessibility Engine upon its launch.

Our board members represent the future of inclusive design thinking: creative, collaborative, and deeply committed to making accessibility a natural part of innovation.

Designing a Future Where Accessibility Comes First

Each board member brings a unique lens - from corporate design systems to agile start-up methods - but they’re united by one belief: accessibility should be built in from the start.

Through the Product Design Board, Equipmii is building a bridge between industry design expertise and the everyday experiences of disabled users. It’s a partnership designed to make accessibility effortless, intuitive, and indispensable - turning inclusive design into standard practice.

Because when accessibility is built in from the start, everyone benefits.
